Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from the Dubarry website, we will refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all labelling and swing tags intact. You will not be refunded if this is not the case.

The product can be returned for using a postal service of your choosing at your own cost.

How should Wexford boots fit?
Your Wexford Country boot should fit comfortably, and your toe shouldn’t press against the top of the boot while walking or the widest part of the foot shouldn’t be pinched by the boot. This country boot is designed with a wider calf to help accommodate people who may have a wider calf.

If you are in between sizes a footbed will help raise your foot and allow the boot to fit better. If you find the smaller size too small but the bigger size too big then the footbed will raise the foot and take away a quarter of a shoe size.

Who is this boot ideal for?
These Knee-high boots have a deeper tread on the sole perfect for people who walk on more rough terrain, e.g. farmers. The Wexford also has a zip & popper class and an upside-down v-line structure which is a waterproof gusset opening and helps with accessibility for people with a high instep.
